To authenticate and authorize your access to your organization's Coupa instance, our app collects and uses the following information:
Your Coupa Credentials
Such as client ID, client secret, authorization code, access token, refresh token, or OAuth tokens, as required for authentication.
Your Organization's Coupa URL
For example, https://yourcompany.coupahost.com
2 How We Use Your Information
Authentication and Authorization
We use your Coupa credentials and organization's Coupa URL solely to authenticate and authorize your access to your organization's Coupa instance.
Secure Connection
These details are used only for the purpose of establishing a secure connection with Coupa and are not used for any other purpose.
3 Data Storage and Processing
Local Storage
Your Coupa credentials (such as client ID, client secret, authorization code, access token, and refresh token) and your organization's Coupa URL are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. This information is retained only as long as necessary to maintain your authenticated session.
No Remote Storage
We do not transmit, store, or process your credentials or Coupa URL on any external servers or third-party services outside of your organization's Coupa environment.
Session Management
When you log out, change your organization's Coupa URL, or delete your settings, all locally stored credentials and related authentication data are immediately and securely deleted from your device.
User Data
Any user profile or session information retrieved from Coupa is stored locally only for the duration of your session and is cleared when you log out or reset the app.
No Analytics or Tracking
The app does not collect, store, or transmit any analytics, usage data, or personal information beyond what is required for authentication and session management.
Coupa Data Handling
All other data accessed or used through this app (such as inventory, transactions, or user details) is stored and processed exclusively via Coupa and governed solely by Coupa's privacy policy. The app does not retain or process this data outside of the Coupa environment.

All data, except for the authentication information described above, is managed by Coupa and is subject to Coupa's privacy practices and policies.

Summary
